Sakura Sushi was founded by Chef Hiroshi Tanaka, a disciple of Tokyo's celebrated Sukiyabashi school. Every grain of rice is hand-seasoned, every fish hand-selected at dawn.
We serve only fourteen guests a night. The room is quiet by design — what happens at this counter is between the chef, the fish, and you.
